About the Speaker

Frances Jean
Frances Jean helps high-capacity Christian women who have done everything right—yet still feel undone—come home to the God who restores body and soul. A trauma-informed therapist, ordained minister, and Certified High Performance Coach, she integrates faith, psychology, and leadership to help women transform from the inside out.
As a daughter of immigrants, wife to a full-time minister, and mother of three, Frances knows the pressure to fit into life-draining molds of performance and perfection. She once held one of the highest-paying therapy roles in the country—but it left her burnt out and in the worst health of her life. Answering God’s invitation into deeper healing, she walked away from worldly success to rediscover what real freedom and restoration look like in Him.
Today, Frances helps women rebuild their rhythm with God—healing pain at the root, restoring nervous-system peace, deepening spiritual formation, and creating habits for sustainable success. Her own life reflects what she teaches: a business designed around Sabbath rhythms, six weeks of rest each year, and unhurried time with her husband and three children, ages 4 to 10.
Through her retreats and coaching programs, Frances guides women to lead from wholeness—rested in His presence and walking in divine authority to release God’s purposes on the earth.

What makes this training experience unique is that we will be doing breakout sessions during our event so that you can network with other high-capacity Christian women in our community. Also, this is an experiential training, which means you will be leaving with healing work done instead of leaving with a checklist of things to do.
Is this virtual or in person?
This training is virtual on Zoom.
Who is this training for?
The majority of our community are high-capacity Christian women across various industries. We’ll be sharing the same strategies we give to our $15k paying clients…which you will get on this training for $27.
